Now the fixed assets of the company reaches 31,789,100 RMB, with the annual knitted fabric production capacity of 3,000 tons and the knitted underwear of 6 million pieces. The company has 700 employees, which is composed of more than 200 colleague graduates and more than 30 senior technical personals.
The company is equipped with more than 1000 units (suits) of machinery including knitting tubular, dyeing and finishing equipment, printing machine, embroidery machine, rinsing machine, garment making-up machine, etc. Among them the imported ones are: big tubular knitting machine, small tubular knitting machine, dyeing machine under normal temperature and pressure, dyeing machine under high temperature and pressure, garment dyeing machine, package- drying machine, stenter finishing range, garment fixing machine, flat knitting machine, adding and copying machine. We produces various kinds of knitting clothes for man, woman and children by using cotton and cotton mixed materials, staple fiber, and filament yarn. The quality is creditable and the style is plentiful.
According to the demand for the comfortable, healthy and environmental friendly products, the company actively develops new products by adopting advanced technology . The operation of “ Lycra” stitchless tight underwear production line enhances the competitive ability of the company in the international market.
The Company is authorized the import and export right and more than 95% of the products are sold to USA , Canada , Japan , Australia , and Hong Kong.
