The establishment of Shanghai Worldbest
Co., Ltd.is a major step taken by China Worldbest Group o.,Ltd.
in building "China Worldbest Yangtze River Industrial Corridor"

briedfed as SWC)is a listed company established by China
Worldbes Group Co.,Ltd. by asset restructuring and implementation
of its grand strategy of building "China Worldbest
Yangtze River Industrial Corridor". It is a listed
company with both domestically listed foreign shares(B
Share) and RMB-denominated ordinary shares (A share).
It was established on July 18,1996 and registered in Shanghai
Pudong New Area.
Since it went public,SWC has developed,from a unitary
"packaged grand chemical fiber",into a listd
