Announcement on Resolutions of the 6th Session of the 2nd Board of Supervisors
The 6th Session of the 2nd Board of Supervisors (the Meeting) of Shanghai Worldbest Co., Ltd. (the Company) was held in the Company’s meeting room on April 7, 2002. All of the supervisors attended the Meeting at which the following resolutions were passed:
A: Reviewed and passed the working report of Board of Supervisors
B: Reviewed and passed 2001 financial statement and 2002 financial budget
C: Reviewed and passed 2001 profit distribution proposal
D: Reviewed and passed 2001 annual report and its summary
The Board of Supervisors believed that in 2001 the Company’s operations were legal and in line with the regulations of the Company Law, the Securities Law and the Articles of Association. Under difficult operation situations, the Company still achieved good results. The audit reports prepared by both domestic and overseas CPA offices were true. There is no false information or illegal hehaviour in the operations of the Company.
