Wu Yunsheng entrusted Sun Ying,Yang Guisheng entrusted Chen Yanmo to exercise voting rights on behalf of them. ) The members of Board of Supervisors and senior management of the Company attended meeting as non-voting delegates, which is in conformity with the stipulations of the “Company Law ” and “Security Law”. The meeting reviewed and approved the proposal of the assets exchange between the Company and Shanghai Worldbest Investment and Development (Group) Co.,Ltd. The details of the proposal see the announcement of the related transaction of the Company. The related-party Director Ji Qunli, Wang Caifu and Fu Weimin abstained from the voting.
