Worldbest Radicci aims at cultivation of high level human resource
Worldbest Radicci recently celebrated the commencement of 1st series training course for workshop directors It was the major task of the Radicci training work in 2004 and 15 times of training activities have been organized within 6 months. The course covers many aspects such as the meaning of management, the identification of the enterprise environment, the responsibility of the director, and the management of human resources as well as technologies. The training course received quite good responses from the students.
The series of training course have completed and it has been listed as the general requirements for the departments in 2005 to focus on study and to form the study -oriented team.
