Diffrential Fiber Series

1. "Camellia" Elastic yarn (PBT)
Specifications: 76dtex-444dtex
The product's elasticity is better than polyester low elastic yarn, just less than spandex yarn. It has the features of strong resistance to alkali, high wet-dry strength, dyeable for disperse dyes under normal temperature and pressure. Those features make it ideal for all kinds of high-grade elastic fabrics, as well as medical "band-aid" base cloth.

2. "Camellia" High-shrinkage, high elasticity yarn, cationic High-shrinkage, high elasticity yarn
Specifications: 76dtex-333dtex
This product, after being spun, dyed and finished, can make the fabric enjoy the features of high-shrinkage and high rebound resilence, ideal for elastic fabric. The cationic high-shrinkage, high elasticity yarn, after being mixed with normal polyester, can produce differential color effects.

3. "Camellia" high-shrinkage drawn yarn (DT) or (FDY)
Specifications: 55dtex-150dtex
The product can be spun together with POY, DTY, FDY, polyester/nylon conjugated yarn and sea-island composite fiber to make differential shrinkage yarn. It has stable shrinkage range and the fabric made of it can bear wonderful feel of wool and velvet.

The product adopts phosphorus-family flame-retardant chip as raw material, ideal for durable flame retardant fabrics. Its' features include high strength, low poison rate and good flame-retardant effect(the LDI is above 28).
